701 Security has the capability, on most occasions, to fulfill ‘On Demand Security Requests’ with a quick response time, typically within 1 to 2 hours for an officer to arrive on site. This service provides clients with the flexibility to avoid the necessity of regular security personnel while still having the option to call us for urgent security needs, with a minimum engagement period of 4 hours. In these instances, 701 will allocate one of our available casual officers to respond promptly. It is important to note that this service is subject to availability and prior commitments; if 701 has already committed resources to another client or if no casual officers are available, we may not be able to provide this service.

Our team is well-trained and prepared to ensure operations proceed smoothly and without interruption. Upon receiving an On Demand security request, we carefully collect all relevant details to ensure the officer arrives fully informed and confident about how to proceed. Situations warranting emergency security can vary widely, such as broken doors, unattended equipment or machinery, physical altercations, attempted or ongoing break-ins, and other urgent incidents.

When the officer arrives, their first priority is to assess and safeguard their own safety and that of others present. They will then conduct a thorough investigation to determine the events that have transpired and verify that no property or assets have been damaged or compromised. Officers initiate a detailed report through our security system, including capturing photographs or videos as necessary for evidence collection. Should any offenders be identified on site, the officer is trained to safely confront them while simultaneously communicating with emergency services, escalating the situation if required to ensure swift resolution and protection for all involved.
